In addition to his technical expertise, Blake was most courteous and accommodating when on our premises, coordinating with both our household residents--and our sensitive pets!--while servicing our 2-story, dual-HVAC system McCullough installed in 2009. We very much appreciated Blake's professional and personable demeanor. And all systems were signed off good to go! Truly impressive attention to detail, professionalism, knowledge and respect for the customer's home. Richard Leyendecker and Arthur Villalobos did an incredible job installing a new system for my home. Even with very rainy conditions they were very diligent about keeping my home clean and did an incredible job on the installation and providing a thorough walk through of best practices to keeping it running like new for a long time. I reviewed 5 Austin area HVAC companies before selecting McCullough and am 100% confident I made the right choice. Evan Young on the quote side was wonderful to work with and provided quick responses to all of my questions. They were not the least expensive option but priced fairly and the work done by Richard and Arthur was well worth it.
