9/14/2026 McCullough’s technician Sam repaired our AC system with expert problem solving and efficiency; clogged water line caused system to shut down. Having McCullough’s comfort contract we were not charged for the visit and analysis. We did pay for labor to cut and flush the waterline and install an access coupling. Sam proposed two solutions, explaining both clearly; showing photos of each way to have future access to flush the water line if needed. His professionalism , expertise, efficiency and clear explanations were much appreciated. This repair reinforced the value of keeping McCullough’s comfort contract (2x/year inspections) for Heat and AC maintenance visits including emergency servicing; much needed in 90°+ heat!

10/8/2023 Kyle replaced broken thermostat and inspected heating system. We have McCullough’s yearly maintenance agreement. Kyle ‘s knowledge of HVAC system is characteristic of McCullough’s standard of high technical expertise, of their technicians, on which we depend for our HVAC system. Between maintenance agreement and 2018 new system warranty, the few incidents of AC loss have been covered. The maintenance agreement is well worth the subscription price.

July and August 2023; James Sanchez & The McCullough Team provided reliable service for our 2018 new system described below. In June, 2023, during the annual AC maintenance visit, James showed us how to water the outdoor AC unit to remove dirt generated by water and sewer line construction which would eventually have become clogged and shut down. And, this July, James fixed our AC system when an electrical connection shut it down. Both visits were included in our annual maintenance contract that covers inspections and emergency visits. We will continue to maintain this very worthwhile McCullough contract.

McCullough installed our state of the art AC/heating unit in 2018. This unit has received yearly maintenance, except for 2020, due to COVID. This computerized system, provides readouts on the thermostat; alerts for replacing filters, routine maintenance due, and any system failure. It shuts down when any inconsistency in performance is detected preventing damage to major parts. There have been two instances of system failure, both under warranty. In each instance, McCullough answered our emergency call to restore AC in a timely manner. Yesterday, I was both relieved and impressed to receive text updates on their technician's arrival time. Herman quickly discovered the problem and restored the AC to running within an hour. McCullough has been consistently professional in scheduling, communication, and charges for maintenance. I am glad we used the same company to instal and maintain our AC/heating system. I highly recommend McCullough for installation and maintenance of a new AC system.

Sam came by and gave me a second opinion from a previous AC company diagnostic. He showed me that was I was previously told was not accurate at all and completed a simple fix and got my AC back up and running while he was here. Very happy with Sam’s honest approach with his diagnosis and repair and how he walked me through everything he was looking at. Highly recommend.

Matthew Santos was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He was patient and took the time to explain each process. His work solved our AC problems. We highly recommend him and McCullough!

Makayla was so professional and courteous when she came to our home to fix the unit. Because we are about to purchase a brand new system, including all new duct work, we were not charged for this repair.
