The install team for McCullough Heating and Air conditioning was very professional! They took great care with our home, protecting it from any potential damage during the installaiton process. The technicians were very knowledgeable and thorough in ...their work. They made sure we were pleased with both systems they installed. We purchased two 3 ton systems, air conditioning and heating. My husband was encouraged to watch the installation as he desired which made him very comfortable. Immediately after the installation of both systems, McCullough sent a quality control supervisor to inspect the installation work. He was extremely thorough. I feel great and at ease with the installation work done. They were highly qualified and their work reflects it. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for dependable, quality service. The sales representative, Alex Stevens was a joy to work with. He was truly very easy to work with - informative, knowledgeable, personable, and above all an honest individual. He has a depth of experience in this industry that is highly apparent as he is willing to share information that helped us to make a decision on the system to purchase that is right for us. We had more than one quote from other companies but Alex stayed in touch and made sure we were treated fairly. He gave us a great deal and above all, made us feel that we were buying not only a quality, dependable system, but partnering with a quality, dependable company as well. Kyle did a great job fixinf my mini split.
I called on Saturday morning for AC issue, and got a technician within 2 hours. Frank quickly diagnosed problems and got it repaired. I would highly recommend this service to anyone!
Great experience with McCullough service and Kyle!! Called them yesterday close to 5pm when we realized AC wasn’t working. Kyle was at our house by about 10am today. Problem diagnosed. Kyle went to get part from supply warehouse, came back to us and he ...was done before noon!! And it was covered under the 10year warranty we have with McCullough as they did the install a few years ago. Things sometimes break but this was one of the smoothest warranty issues I’ve ever encountered!!Read More...
The McCullough's technicians have done an excellent job servicing my heating and AC units. During my last appointment, Henry rewired a connection that had been inexpertly installed by another company, which had resulted in a short.
