NO LEMON GUARANTEE. If the compressor fails twice in the first 5 years, we will install a complete new outside unit. If the heat exchanger fails in your furnace in the first 10 years, we will install a new furnace.

NO OVERTIME SERVICE CHARGES. We guarantee that you will never pay an overtime charge for a McCullough service call. Seven days a week, around the clock.

INSTALLATION WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE. Our technicians take pride in their work. We will treat your home with care and clean up when we're finished. We guarantee that all employees treat you right, and do your job right.

ENERGY SAVINGS GUARANTEE. A McCullough exclusive, we’ll guarantee you will save up to 50% on your highest summer energy bill after you weatherize and install a new high-efficiency heating and AC system through McCullough.

5-YEAR PARTS & LABOR WARRANTY. Another McCullough exclusive! We warranty all parts and labor on new premium high-efficiency systems for five years. This includes all refrigerant line welds, condensation drain connections, electrical connections and duct transitions installed by McCullough.

COOL ME NOW 24-HOUR GUARANTEE. If your system fails during the five-year warranty, we'll have your home cool within 24 hours. Or, we'll pay for you to spend the night in a hotel.

Exclusions: Damage resulting from weather, fire, earthquake, flooding, plants or animals including pets is not covered under our guarantees. Guarantees exclude routine maintenance such as filters, cleaning, clogged drains, damage due to alterations from work performed by other parties, misuse or neglect.
