Our experience was fantastic. Y’all were really thorough to find the issue with our a/c, explain it in understandable terms and then sent the a real professional out to repair it, our coil in the attic needed to be replaced. We had another company ...look at it too. One we had done business with for 14 year. All they wanted to do is replace the whole system. McCullough actually tested the system and we only needed the coil (saved is thousands of dollars) the technician (Desmond) that mccullough sent was outstanding! Not only an expert but super careful, explained everything, really genuine and nice. We have switched our service to McCullough going forward. Super happy with y’all!Read More...

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable technician, Frank Babera. He explained what he found and the possible cause of the problem, from the company that installed the unit originally. He the part and all is working perfectly. They originally ...scheduled the install a week later and I explained my mother is 87 and she would have been with AC for 2 weeks if she had to wait until then. The scheduling worked with dispatcher to seenif the can get her in sooner and they made it to her house the next morning. Just want to say thank-you for caring and getting the job done asap! I am very skeptical of AC/Heating company's squeezeing you for more than uou need and misdiagnosis, which ends up costing you more. Know I see why they have almost 2k reviews and 4.9k rating!
