Background Checks

As required by all in-home service companies operating in Texas, McCullough Heating & Air Conditioning complies with Texas House Bill 705 by performing background checks on all officers, employees and prospective employees prior to allowing them into a customer’s home. McCullough also performs a complete driving record check on all employees and prospective employees each year.

McCullough is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for its employees. All applicants for employment undergo pre-employment drug testing, and the company performs periodic random drug screens on its employees.
