Taking Your Call…

We answer your call 24 hours a day, everyday. Regular office hours are weekdays, 7:30 am-5:30 pm. We'll assess your situation, schedule a technician, and let you know who will be handing your service.

Weekend and Emergency Calls

Emergency calls outside our regular office hours are transferred to an on-call service technicians. We can arrange for Saturday service from 8 am - 5 pm, at no extra charge. In fact we never charge an overtime rate; our rates are based on the job, not by the hour.

Home Comfort Maintenance Plans™

If you are a McCullough Home Comfort Maintenance Plan™ member, you’ll receive a host of benefits, including priority service. Please let us know you are a plan member when you call and you will receive top priority response. If you're not a Maintenance Plan member, be sure to ask about our plans when you call our offices. Home Comfort Maintenance Plan members receive: three Precision Tune-Ups annually, a two year warranty on repair parts (instead of 90 days); a 15% discount on all parts and labor; priority service; and a FREE service call if your system fails unexpectedly (provided you've made repairs recommended during our Precision Tune-Ups).

Professional System Diagnosis

In our years of experience, McCullough Heating & Air Conditioning has found that customers want an accurate price based on their exact problem - not a lowball phone estimate that likely will increase once the problem is diagnosed. Any company that assures you they can accurately estimate your costs without first diagnosing the problem is just not being honest.

McCullough relies on a strong diagnostic procedure, including a complete inspection of your system. After we perform the diagnostic on your system, we show you the solution. Along with the solution comes a fixed and firm price. We charge a flat rate of $59.95 for one of our professional service technicians to come to your home and conduct the diagnosis.

You Know the Price Before We Start

By allowing us to diagnose your problem in person, our technician will know exactly what it takes to get the job done. All repair and installation work is performed at a pre-agreed upon price. You'll receive a proposal showing the total investment and detailing the work to be done, model numbers of all equipment, warranties, etc. Your price will be fixed, no matter how long it takes to complete the job or what parts are involved!
