As homeowners with families ourselves, we place a high priority on hiring ethical, trustworthy technicians with exceptional skills. We look for the kind of employees we'd feel comfortable having in our own home. We conduct complete criminal background checks on all employees and strictly comply with Texas House Bill 705, passed to protect homeowners from exposure to in-home service personnel with dangerous criminal backgrounds. Our employees must have a good driving record, with no DWIs and no more than two moving violations, and we drug-test all employees. We also prohibit the use of tobacco products at or near a customer’s home.
