Four Decades Old. Still Cool.

When Doug McCullough founded his company in 1977, Austin was still a sleepy little college town. As Austin grew, so did the family-owned business, primarily through referrals. Over the years, we've expanded services from system installations to things unheard of back then … like weatherproofing, energy audits, duct renovations and indoor air quality checks.

In 2001, Mr. McCullough handpicked new general manager Al D'Andrea to lead the company in preparation for his eventual retirement. Doug continues to help out with sales, technical support and customer relations, and his vision for providing great service and honest high quality work continues. The personal service - and personal relationships - built over the years also continue.

In 2002, McCullough Heating & Air Conditioning expanded into its new location at 4208 South First Street, in the heart of Austin.
