Doug McCullough – Founder
Doug McCullough started McCullough Heating & Air Conditioning in 1977. He and his wife Joy built the company into one of the area’s best. Doug helps the company with sales, technical issues and customer relations. In his spare time, Doug and Joy enjoy traveling.

Al D’Andrea – General Manager
As general manager, Al D’Andrea is active with the Air Conditioning Contractors of America, the Green Builder Program, and as a member of Austin Community College’s HART Advisory Board. Al holds graduate and undergraduate business degrees from UT Austin and Purdue University, and is certified in energy auditing, Residential Systems Design, and Residential Air Balancing. When he’s not working, you might find Al boating with his family or riding his road bike around Austin.

Trey Meyer – Service Manager
Trey hails from a cool family! His grandfather was a pioneer in the industry and his father operates a successful air conditioning business in Dallas. Trey has extensive technical and business experience in residential and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration. He holds a Texas Masters License and numerous certifications including NCI Air Balancing and Residential System Design and Manual J. When he’s not helping McCullough customers, Trey spends his time following the Texas music scene.

Keith Love – Installation & Weatherization Manager
Keith Love manages the company’s installation department. He started with McCullough Heating & Air Conditioning as a service technician after spending 16 years working as a multi-family property maintenance supervisor. Keith is an avid motorcycle enthusiast, and enjoys going on group rides throughout Texas.

Steve Slater – Office Manager
Steve is the “glue” that holds McCullough Heating & Air together on a daily basis. He’s a retired US Army 1st Sergeant and graduate of Tarleton State University. Steve saw active duty as a tank commander in the Gulf War, where he earned the Bronze Star for service above and beyond the call of duty. In his spare time Steve likes to play with (and build!) computers.

Alex Stevens – Energy Audits & Residential Systems Design
Alex is a certified energy auditor and has extensive residential heating and air conditioning system design experience. In addition to being certified in energy auditing, residential air balancing and residential systems design, Alex holds a bachelor of science in energy management and design from Sonoma State University. When not working with customers, Alex spends his time boating on Lake Austin, hiking, and supporting his church community.

Mike Sullivan – Multi-Family Weatherization
Mike has more than 8 years of experience in the heating and air conditioning industry. He has experience in almost every aspect of the business, including sales, installation, and weatherization. In his spare time, Mike likes to hunt, fish and spend time with his wife and family.

David Taylor – Service Technician
David has more than 30 years' experience working in the heating and air conditioning service industry. He has worked as a service manager and has held a Texas Masters License for 15 years. In his spare time, David likes to fish and race radio controlled cars.

Brian Rovira – Service Technician
Brian has more than 5 years' experience with residential heating and air conditioning systems. He serves as McCullough Heating & Air Conditioning’s American Home Shield (“AHS”) coordinator. Brian earned a certificate in heating and air conditioning from Lincoln Technical School in Grand Prairie, Texas. Brian enjoys spending time on the local rivers when not helping customers.

Matthew Hillegass – Service Technician
Matthew has more than 15 years' experience in heating and air conditioning, and more than 10 years' experience in commercial refrigeration. Originally from Myrtle Beach, SC, Matthew enjoys exploring music and the sights of Central Texas.
